ELEVATOR MALFUNCTION DELAYS OPENING OF INDIANA BUILDING

2019-08-05

The new justice services building in LaGrange County, Indiana, is experiencing delays in opening due to elevator problems. According to the News Sun, on the day the elevators were being inspected by state inspectors and technicians from the manufacturer, the elevators “refused to work.” The technicians are confident the problem is a failed circuit board inside the elevators’ computerized control system. This further delays the building’s opening, which was already six months behind schedule.
